Steps

Take a pressure cooker add Fenugreek seeds and water. Cook for three whistles.

Keep a kadai on medium heat and add oil, coriander seeds, cumin seeds,red chilli, chopped onion and curry leaves fry for a few minutes and add some gooseberry size tamarind and coconut pieces. Remove from the heat.

Add the fried spices to a mixer jar, pour a little water, and grind into a fine paste.

Transfer the cooker Fenugreek seeds and grind masala into separate bowls.

Keep an iron kadai on medium heat. Add oil, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds,red chilli and curry leaves. Let it split and add chopped onions, saute for a few minutes. Add the masala paste and salt, give a nice mix. Let it boil for five minutes. Then add the cooked Fenugreek seeds.Mix well. After two minutes remove from heat. Tasty Fenugreek seeds curry is ready to serve. Transfer to a serving bowl.
