2green zucchini
8garlic cloves chopped
1/4 cupbasil leaves
4 tspparmesan cheese
1 tsppepper powder
1 tspchilly flakes

Heat oil in a pan add one zucchini cut in slices,cool it and ground it with paneer,some basil leaves,salt to creamy texture.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic and one zucchini slices and fry till nice brown colour then add zucchini paneer paste, parmesan cheese mix it, adjust salt, pepper powder and chopped tomatoes and combine everything well.
