Steps

Brown the ground meat in a large pot.

Add onion, green and red bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.

Stir in creole seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Add crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, cumin, paprika, allspice, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and sofrito. Mix well.

Pour in water and Guinness beer. Add Badia Complete Seasoning, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

For extra heat, add berbere to taste.
Tips
Taste the chili before serving to adjust the seasoning and spice level to your preference.
