Steam quinoa and let cool

Mix salmon glaze ingredients in bowl

Pat salmon dry and place on lined baking sheet (or whatever your air fryer requires)

Brush glaze onto salmon and place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 13-14 min.

While salmon cooks, mix all salad dressing ingredients in bowl. Whisk with fork to combine.

Add spring mix, quinoa, diced peppers, onions, cucumber, and feta to a bowl.

Add dressing and toss.

After salmon is done, place salmon on top of salad and enjoy!
