Steps

Keep jackfruit in cooker with 1/2 cup water and made 5 whistle.

Then take out from cooker and air dry it.,grind it in a mixer.

Heat jaggery in hot water,till (paagu) rod consistency

Then add grinded fruit in this jagerry water and mixture.

Then add ghee and mix it well.after halwa consistency add cardomom and fried nuts in ghee.

Serve it hot.

You can keep it fridge for 5 days.
