Buttermilk Waffles Buttermilk Waffles
I use a waffle iron that was my grandmother’s. I can guess what decade it’s from, but I’m not sure enough to say. All I know is that I have bought other waffle irons in my life and they do not compare to this one. If you have one, hang onto it as long as you can. If you see one at a garage sale, get it! Waffles make me happy! 🧇😋 I made these over the weekend and my three year old ate FOUR of them. I’m not entirely sure how she did that, but waffles clearly make her happy, too! This recipe is modified from The NY Times. Refer to the Notes following the recipe for more information. Chris Gan -
