Burnt Garlic Fried Rice
You can add scrambled egg or chicken if you like.
Steps

In a pan pour oil, add garlic and saute it till golden brown, add chilli flakes for a few seconds

Add the onion, and saute for 2-3 mins and add capsicum and saute for 2-3 mins

Add the boiled rice, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and salt.

Toss it over till its all mixed up and switch off the flame after a few seconds.

Add a few chopped spring onion greens to it and toss before serving.
