Ingredients

3-serving
  • 1.5 cupsRice Boiled -
  • (finely chopped)-  5 clovesGarlic
  • Chilli flakes - as needed
  • 1.5 tspsSoya sauce -
  • 1 tspVinegar -
  • Salt - as needed
  • 1Onion (finely chopped)-
  • 1Green capsicum (finely chopped)-
  • 2 - 3 tbspsOil -
  • Pepper powder - as needed
  • 5Spring Onion greens (chopped)-

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a pan pour oil, add garlic and saute it till golden brown, add chilli flakes for a few seconds

  2. 2

    Add the onion, and saute for 2-3 mins and add capsicum and saute for 2-3 mins

  3. 3

    Add the boiled rice, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and salt.

  4. 4

    Toss it over till its all mixed up and switch off the flame after a few seconds.

  5. 5

    Add a few chopped spring onion greens to it and toss before serving.
