Sautee the onions and garlic in vegetable oil

Add green cut beans and let cook for 2 minutes

Add the dorichoes/Njahi and some water. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes mixing over a few times

Prepare a vegetable salad with grated or cut carrots..celery..sauteed spinach and pineapple pieces if available

Serve the Njahi and salad together.....

A drink is recommended for this meal..and as usual guacamoles are a must if available.
