Growing up as a child my dad would buy lots of goat meat telling my mum to cook and roast,it would then be stock up in the freezer which we use to entertain our weekend visitors.

Growing up as a child my dad would buy lots of goat meat telling my mum to cook and roast,it would then be stock up in the freezer which we use to entertain our weekend visitors.

Wash the meat properly then place them in the pot adding the seasoning cube, chopped pepper, suya spice, onions, pepper, ginger and garlic

Allow to cook in his steam for about 20min then add water,a pinch of salt and leave for about 15min.

Note* the quantity determines how long you cook the meat.

Put down the meat and leave to cool off,place your meat in the hot grill roast one side then turn over and do the same for the other side until the meat is properly roasted out.
