Sbse phle arbi ko peel karein or lamba cut krle or salted water me ache se 3-4 time wash karein and drain karein.

Green chilli and onion ko b lamba hi cut karein.

Ek kadai me oil garam karein or rai add karein jab crackle hone lge onion,green chilli,arbi add karein or mix karein dhkkr 4-5 minute cook hone de.

Now spices haldi,mirch,dhaniya,salt add karein or ab dhkkr arbi cook hone tak beech beech me chlate hu pakaye. Flame off karein

Now kalonji or lemon juice dalke mix karein or dhkde.

2-3 minute baad serve karein fulki k saath.
