Ingredients

  • 2 cuppurpose flour
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • 1 spoondry yeast
  • as neededSome warm milk
  • 2 spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Phle flour Ko chaan liya or upper likhe hue ingredients daal diye

  2. 2

    Unhe ache se milaya or thoda thoda milk dalte Gaye.dough soft hona chahiye

  3. 3

    Use minimum 15 minutes ke liye punch Kiya and 2 hours ke liye rakh diya.

  4. 4

    Khameer ready h. ab uske gole bnao or phir 1/2 hours ke liye rakh do.

    Uske bad oven Ko preheat karke 10 minute ke liye 200° per bake kero.
