Cooking Instructions

Boil rice for 10mins.wash and boil again.add salt this time and boil till is soft.

Blend tomatoes with pepper and onion.

Place a pot on fire.pour in the palm oil allow to bleach small then pour in the blended tomatoes and pepper.

Fry till it dosent Taste sour again.

Pour in the meat and stock fish and boil for 5mins.

Add crayfish,pepper,seasoning cube and salt.boil for few mins

Stir and add scent leaf..turn very well and bring it down.

Serve with the rice.enjoy
