Ingredients

  1. 1fried fish
  2. 2 buncheskales - chopped
  3. 2chopped onions
  4. 2diced tomatoes
  5. 1 tbsroyco
  6. cooking oil
  7. salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil. after a minute add tomatoes and stir.

    Let the tomatoes cook until they soften then stir as you crash them.

    Mix royco and water and add in the sufuria. add salt and cover until it boils.

  4. 4

    Add the fish and cover for 5 minutes then remove from heat.

    Place onions in the sufuria and add cooking oil then stir.

  6. 6

    Add kales and stir. add salt and a little water then cover until they are ready then turn off heat and serve.
