Wash meat very well.

Boil for a long time up to 30mins to make sure is soft.boil with onion,Maggi and salt.

Slice okro nicely.

Add more water to the meat when is done.pour in palmoil.cover it to boil for another 10mins.

Add salt,pepper,Maggi and crayfish.leave it to boil very well.

Pour in the prawns.and pour in okro after 3mins.

Soup can be enjoyed with pounded yam,garri or fufu.
