1 cupWheat flour
as neededWater to knead flour
1 bowlFresh grated coconut.
1 spoonSambhar powder.
2 to 3 Crushed garlic..
to tasteSalt
as neededGhee

Knead soft dough using water.

In a bowl mix grated coconut,sambhar powder,crushed garlic and salt.

Take a ball size dough.

Roll out using a roller pin.

Stuff this mixture and roll the paratha again.

Now roast paratha using ghee.

Yummy coconut paratha is ready.
