Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 1/2 cupsboiled beans
  • 1onion sliced
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsroyco
  • 1/3 tbscurry powder
  • cooking oil
  • 1/2 tbssalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Place onions and cooking oil in a sufuria and stir.

  2. 2

    When onions start turning brown add tomatoes and stir as they soften.

  3. 3

    Add beans and curry powder as you stir.

  4. 4

    Add ½cup water mixed with royco. add salt and cover for 5-8minutes then turn off heat and serve.
