Wash and pour ukwa in a sizeable pot.

Pour in enough water,as is boiling add potash.
- 3
Use a pressure pot to boil for a shorter period of time.like 45mins.

Sieve out the water and keep aside.
- 5
Add Maggi,Palmoil,salt to the already boiled ukwa and mix very well.
- 6
Wash bitter leaf very well with warm water and salt to remove the bitter taste.
- 7
Then add bitter leaf.boil for 2mins.food is ready.
