Steps

Peel and mash potatoes. Add all the ingredients in boiled potatoes except ghee.

Mix them to prepare smooth dough.

Divide into equal portions and roll them into small size balls.

Take one ball and gently press it with both your palms and make round shaped 1/2" thick Pattie.

Heat non-stick pan when pan is hot enough,drizzle some ghee over it. Put 3-4 Pattie over ghee.

Cook until bottom layer turn brown, flip them upside down. Drizzle some ghee. serve hot with Curd.
