Clean sweet potatoes properly. Place them in a pressure cooker and cook up to soft. And let it cool down. When it is in room temperature peel the sweet potatoes and mash a bit. Keep it in fridge for 45mins

In the meantime, in a sauce pan add sugar and water and cook up to 1/2 thread consistency sugar syrup

Boil milk in a sauce pan and add vinegar to it and let the milk split. Then strain the paneer in a strainer up to dry.

In a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, paneer, milk powder, maida, salt and baking powder and mix properly.

Then shape them like gulab jamuns.

Heat oil in a kadai mad 2tbsp of ghee to it. When it is hot slide slowly the gulab jamuns in it

Now add the jamuns in the warm sugar syrup and soak for 2 to 3 hours. Then serve..

Fry the jamuns up to brown while constantly stiring. Bring out the jamuns from oil and place on a tissue paper
