In my early childhood,i love moi moi especially with the one wrap with banana leaf,maybe its because of the leaf that makes it so tasty.I decided to try it again on my own came out perfect.

In my early childhood,i love moi moi especially with the one wrap with banana leaf,maybe its because of the leaf that makes it so tasty.I decided to try it again on my own came out perfect.
Steps

Wash bean very well to remove beans coat,then soak beans for 10 to make it softer.Remove beans from water put in a bowl,then wash pepper,onion grind together.

Pour the paste in a clean bowl then pour palm oil then stir very well to mix properly then add maggi then stir.Add little water and mix the mixture should be loose not too watery.

Wash banana leaf use cup to measure one cup to one banana leaf then wrap to cover the paste.

Get a clean pot,put your washed gravel in the pot add little water,the gravel is to prevent water from getting into the wrap paste.

Add the wrap paste in the gravel pot place on heat as it begins to boil and water gets dry continue to add water.Until cook.

Leaf moi moi is ready so yummy can be eaten with pap.
