Ham and Egg Sandwich Ham and Egg Sandwich
My husband loves this ham and egg sandwich. He often brings this to the office. The egg is cooked for 15 minutes so the yolk is hard-boiled. If you prefer it soft-boiled, please reduce the cooking time.If you cut the crusts off the bread, keep the egg mixture about 1cm away from the edge. It will be easier to cut that way.Use the cut off crusts to make pseudo-French toast. Recipe by Tomomaki0313 cookpad.japan -
Ham and Egg Sandwich Ham and Egg Sandwich
We have this for breakfast.Make sure to fry the egg well. When you cut it, the yolk will flow out! It's really good toasted, too. When using a loaf with 8 (thin) slices, the amount of mayonnaise and ketchup shown in the photos is just right. When using a loaf with 6 (thicker) slices, add a bit more. For 1 serving. Recipe by Mochiarare cookpad.japan -
Ham, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich Ham, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
I am big on buying breads and bakery items from the clearance racks. This means I need to use them up fast and that often means scrap pizzas and/or breakfast sandwiches! 🤤👏 I have been low on money and groceries lately and didn't have a lot of meat around. But I did have ham and cheese slices for sandwiches and a few eggs to go with my clearance rack english muffins! 😆👌 Making eggs in the microwave has been a little family trick of ours for decades now. If you've never tried it, I highly recommend this practice on occasion! 😏👍👍 I used a white cheddar cheese but you could use any cheese you like. You could also substitute green onions for any other kind of onions that you have around. Further the sliced ham could be swapped out for any sliced lunch meat that you have or prefer. 🤷🏻♀️👌😎😏👍 Chef Mommy Nessa -
