Preheat oven to 375º.

Cut bread into 1/2-1 inch cubes and add to large mixing bowl.

Add olive oil to bread and mix to coat. The more olive oil you use the crunchier your croutons will be. How much oil you add is up to you. You really can't mess this recipe up.

Add all your herbs, salt and pepper. You can mix up the herbs you like best on this step. Be creative!

Dump bread mixture onto a foil lined baking sheet. (Do not use nonstick cooking spray). Arrange in a single layer.

Bake at 375º for 5-7 minutes depending on how crispy you want them. Let cool and serve!

TIP***These croutons crushed up make the best bread crumbs! You will literally never buy store bought croutons again once you start these..cheap and soooo easy to make and quick! I hope you enjoy :)
