Ingredients

3 servings
  • 150 gall purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 table spoongranulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoonnutmeg
  • Warm water for mixing
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add flour to your mixing bowl, add sugar, nutmeg and powdered milk

  2. 2

    Mix the ingredients in 1 above until it is homogeneous

  3. 3

    Add lookwarm water and stir to allow Sugar dissolve completely

  4. 4

    Set aside for 5mins to allow the dough to set and rise

  5. 5

    In a frying pan, heat your Vegetable oil in a medium heat

  6. 6

    Use your hand or a scoop to scoop in the dough into the heated oil

  7. 7

    Allow to fry for about 4-5mins till it turns golden brown on every side

  8. 8

    Transfer the buns to a paper towel to absorb excess oil and allow to cool
