Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/4 cuprice
  • 1/2 cupchicken broth
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupchicken broth
  • 1 tbspgrated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat butter add rice. Stirring constantly 3 minutes

    Add broth stirring constantly. When liquid is absorbed add milk turn heat down. Stirring constantly. When o5 thickens add quarter cup of broth..cover and remove from the heat.

    After 7 minutes stir in cheese serve hope you enjoy!
