  1. 1 kgribs (cut 5 cm wide)
  2. 1 stickgreen onions (sliced thinly)
  3. 3 tbspvegetable oil
  4. 250 mlwater
  5. Sauce
  6. 2 tbspsugar
  7. 3 tbspsesame oil
  8. 3 tbsplight soy sauce
  9. 3 tbspsweet soy sauce
  10. 2 tbsphoney
  11. 1 tbspchili sauce
  12. 2 tbspminced garlic
  13. 1 1/2 tspminced ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the ribs in vegetable oil until all the meat turns brown. Set aside.

    Mix all the sauce ingredients into a bowl.

    Bring the sauce into boil in a big sauce pan. Add the ribs and the water. Close the lid. Cook in small heat for about 60 to 90 minutes until the ribs are tender and the water thickened.

    Add the green onions on top of the ribs for the garnish.
