  1. 2eggs
  2. 1 tablespoonsour cream
  3. 3/4 cupreduced-fat milk (200 ml)
  4. 1/3 cupcornstarch (about 40 grams)
  5. 1/3 cupdiced bacon (about 50 grams)
  6. 1/3 cupshredded cheese (about 40 grams)
  7. 1small log fresh goat cheese
  8. Cherry tomatoes
  9. 1/2onion

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Meanwhile, cook the half onion in a small amount of butter.

  2. 2

    Whisk the eggs with the cornstarch, milk, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper, then add the shredded cheese.

  3. 3

    Divide the mixture in half. To one half, add the diced bacon and some of the cooked onions. To the other half, add crumbled goat cheese, chopped cherry tomatoes, and the remaining onions.

    Pour the mixtures into muffin tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes with convection heat.
