Ingredients

4 servings
  • for gatta
  • 1 bowlbesan,
  • 1/2 bunchpalak blanched and made paste,
  • to tastesalt,
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder,
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • pinchhing,
  • 1 tsproasted zeera,
  • 1 tspoil,
  • for gravy
  • 1 bunchpalak blanched and made paste,
  • 2onion sliced,
  • 2green chilies chopped,
  • 2tomatoes chopped,
  • 1 tspgram masala powder,
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder,
  • to tastesalt,
  • 1red chilli powder,
  • as neededoil,
  • 1 tspzeera,
  • 1/2 tsprise,
  • pinchhing,

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough and give a cylindrical shape

  2. 2

    On other hand keep water fr boiling and add gatte

  3. 3

    Boil it till it changes colour or 10 min, remove in plate and cut into pieces and keep aside

  4. 4

    In pan put oil, add zeera, raie, hing and when it crackles add Onion's green chilli

  5. 5

    When it changes colour add tomatoes, and all dry masala and water so it can mix nicely

  6. 6

    When it leave's oil add gate and little water and let it boil and then add palak paste and mix well cover and cook fr5 min and done
