Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough and give a cylindrical shape

On other hand keep water fr boiling and add gatte

Boil it till it changes colour or 10 min, remove in plate and cut into pieces and keep aside

In pan put oil, add zeera, raie, hing and when it crackles add Onion's green chilli

When it changes colour add tomatoes, and all dry masala and water so it can mix nicely

When it leave's oil add gate and little water and let it boil and then add palak paste and mix well cover and cook fr5 min and done
