Ingredients

  1. 12-15Lady finger
  2. 2Green chilli
  3. 6-8Garlic
  4. 1/2 cupCilantro leaves
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tspOregano
  7. 1/4 tspPeri peri masala
  8. to tasteLemon juice
  9. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    1. washed and slit lady finger. take a small bowl add all the ingredients and make a masala.

  2. 2

    2. start stuffing the prepared masala in lady fingers

  3. 3

    3. keep marinated for 10 mins. preheat the oven at 180 °c for 10 mins

  4. 4

    4. keep all the lady fingers in a baking tray

  5. 5

    5. bake it for 20 mins on 240°c with both rods on and keep the tray in middle shelf

  6. 6

    6. it's ready. serve with smoky tikka mayonnaise or any dip
