Ingredients

  1. 4chicken drumsticks
  2. 80 mlolive oil
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1 tspground hot pepper
  5. 1 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1 tsppaprika
  7. 1 pinchground black pepper
  8. 1 tspchopped parsley

Steps

1 hour 20 mins
  1. 1

    Mix olive oil with all the spices and let it rest for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Incise chicken drumsticks to help them cook homogenously

  3. 3

    Brush drumsticks with the olive oil emulsion

  4. 4

    Put the rest of the olive oil in a roasting pan and put drumsticks in it

  5. 5

    Cook at 180°C for 30 minutes
