Ingredients

40 mins
  • 1 1/2 cupoat flower
  • 1large egg
  • 1large egg white
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupstevia
  • 60 gramsvanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbspchia seeds
  • 1 cupsugar free coconut milk
  • 122 gramsApple sauce
  • 1/2 tbsphoney
  • 567 gramscrushed pineapple
  • 1 tbsphoney

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    First off mix everything but the pineapple and the 1 tablespoon of honey

  2. 2

    Then in a pan place the pineapple and top it with the table spoon of honey.

  3. 3

    Then add mixed ingredients on top of the pineapples spread evenly.

  4. 4

    Place in oven at 350°F and for 30 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!
