  • 2 tbspself raising flour
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspcocoa powder
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspsunflower oil
  • 1 tbspmilk

  1. 1

    In a mug add the first 3 ingredients and mix. Then add an egg and mx it properly. Then add oil mix it and then add milk.

  2. 2

    Then put it in the microwave on high heat for 2 1/2 minutes. Then serve with any topping you want.
