Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cuprice (about 80 grams)
  2. 3.5 ozporcini mushrooms (about 100 grams)
  3. 4 1/4 cupsvegetable broth (1 liter)
  4. 1/2onion
  5. White wine
  6. 1 tablespoonbutter
  7. Chopped fresh parsley, to taste
  8. Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

    Clean the porcini mushrooms and slice them.

    Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with a little olive oil and a clove of garlic.

    In another pan, sauté the finely chopped onion.
