Buffalo Wings Buffalo Wings
Originating from Buffalo, New York, 'Buffalo wings' are known for their spicy, tangy, and flavorful taste. Traditionally, the wings are fried and then coated in hot sauce. Here, we use an oven-baked method instead of frying, making them lighter and lower in calories!【Tips】1. If you want to reduce the oil, you can omit the butter in the hot sauce or replace it with olive oil.2. These wings have a satisfying tangy and spicy flavor. Since kids will be eating them, honey is added to balance the tanginess, but traditional recipes do not include honey. 胖仙女Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -

I made this recipe with Frank’s RedHot sauce, which is ready to use. I only used one cup, but it depends on how saucy or spicy you like your wings. DaniEstefiTranslated from Cookpad United States -
