In a saucepan, heat up milk, butter and and gradually add the Polenta. Bring to the boil stirring constantly. Add the cooked mixed veggies.

Cook for about 10 minutes and remove from the heat. Add cheese and stir in together into a soft consistency.

Serve immediately with any meat dish.
