Ingredients

  1. 1 CupPolenta Powder
  2. 1and half cup milk
  3. 250 gbutter or margarine
  4. 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. Cooked Mixed Vegetables

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan, heat up milk, butter and and gradually add the Polenta. Bring to the boil stirring constantly. Add the cooked mixed veggies.

  2. 2

    Cook for about 10 minutes and remove from the heat. Add cheese and stir in together into a soft consistency.

  3. 3

    Serve immediately with any meat dish.
