Ingredients

45 minutes
6-7 servings
  • 1 kgbeef brisket
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspbarbecue spice
  • 1chilli knorrox stock cube
  • 1 packetminestrone soup
  • 1\4 cup canola oil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In pot fry onion,green pepper and garlic,add brisket and small amount of water in a medium heat stove

  2. 2

    Add spices and cook until soft and tender then thicken with soup

  3. 3

    Serve with either porridge or rice
