Ingredients

20 minutes
4 persons
  • 1small bowl peas
  • 1big bowl methi (finely chopped and cleaned)
  • 4 tbspfresh cream(malai)
  • 1 tbspasafoetida (hing)
  • 1 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1big bowl tomato puree
  • water for gravy
  • 4 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  • 2 tbspginger-garlic paste

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil in a pressure cooker. Add ginger- garlic paste. Saute till pink in colour.

  2. 2

    Now add hing and peas and cover cooker with lid. Let the peas cook for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add methi, turmeric powder and salt. mix properly.

  4. 4

    Make a hole in the center. Add tomato puree and cover with the mixture around. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and let it be for some time till the oil leaves the sides.

  5. 5

    Now mix all the masala properly, add fresh cream and mix properly.

  6. 6

    Add water to make gravy. Cover the cooker and cook till 4 whistles.
