Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2pav/Bread slices
  2. For batter :
  3. 1/2 cupbesan/gram flour
  4. 1/4 tspBaking soda
  5. 2 tspoil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 tsp ajwain
  8. 1/2 tsp Red pepper
  9. Oil /butter for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in a bowl except oil & pav. Mix all properly.

    Cut pav in half from center. Dip it in batter.

    Place it on pre heated pan. Drizzle some oil or butter. Roast it on slow flame until golden brown both sides.

    Serve hot with tomato sauce.
