Tomatoes , burnt garlic dip is a low cal, tangy and creamy dip. Can be accompanied by chips, bread or nachos.

Tomatoes , burnt garlic dip is a low cal, tangy and creamy dip. Can be accompanied by chips, bread or nachos.
Steps

Drop tomatoes, carrots and onion in boiling water. Remove after 10 minutes.

Cool and grind it

Heat 1 tsp oil. Add panch poran(jeera, rai, methi, onion seeds and saunf)

Add chopped garlic
- 5
Add tomatoes pulp and cook for 5 minutes.

Add chopped basil, mint and corianderleaves. Cook for 1 minute more. Add salt, red chilli powder and oregano.

Add 1 tbsp coconut cream.

Cool it and serve with chips, nachos and bread croutons
