Preheat the oven on 180 degree for 10 minutes

Sieve maida baking powder and baking soda

Boil orange juice and soak dry fruits for 3 hours

Blend butter and sugar till light then add curd and whisk it once more

Now mix all the ingredients together and make a semi thick cake batter

Pour the batter in preapred loaf tin and bake it for 30-35 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean
- 7
Rest it for 5 minutes and then take out the cake on wire rack and let it cool down before you slice
