Ingredients

  1. 250 gchopped rolled oats
  2. 150 gmargarine
  3. 75 ggolden syrup
  4. 75 gsugar

Cooking Instructions

    You will need a square shallow baking tin about 20cm sided.

    Pre heat oven 175°C.

  3. 3

    Add margarine sugar syrup into a saucepan or microwaveable bowl and heat till a liquid.

  4. 4

    Now add oats and mix well.

  5. 5

    Put mixture into baking tin and bake for 25-30 minutes

Hi, I used butter instead of marg but kept to same quantities. Also added raisins, ground ground almonds, cocoa pdr, cinnamon and a dash of canilla extract....
