Heat 1 tbsp ghee and fry nuts add raisins at last donot let it brown

In same pan take another one spoon ghee and roast methi powder

Let it brown add milk and cook

It will become thicker at this stage you can add mava but it is optional

If you see that all the milk is absorbed and it is much thicker than halwa consistency than add more milk

Add jaggery and nuts and mix it

As jaggery dissolve put off the flame

It's ready..eat it when hot
