1 1/2 cupcarrot pulp
2 eachegg
1 tspvanilla extract
step 3
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
1 1/2 tspcinnamon
1/2 tspclove
1/2 tspnutmeg
1 1/2 cupalmond flour
1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 cupchopped almonds

Beat together honey and apple sauce.

Beat eggs first then add vanilla, carrot pulp and the eggs to the honey and apple sauce mixture. Mix

In a separate bowl, sift all of step three ingredient together, then mix together both mixtures.

Add nuts and mix. Fill the mini muffin pan full.

Cook for 10-15 minutes on 350°F
