Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with foil. Place salmon on foil. Drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Cover with another sheet of foil and seal into a packet. Bake for 25 min.

In large bowl whisk together lime juice, honey, and 2 tbs olive oil. Add quinoa, corn, scallions, and 1/2 tsp salt. Toss to combine. Flake salmon, toss gently with quinoa, and garnish with chives.
