Ingredients

  • 2 largegreen bell peppers diced
  • 1 mediumsweet onion, chopped
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 canchicken broth
  • 3 stalkcelery/ sliced
  • 2 can10 oz diced tomatoes w green chilis
  • 1 1/2 cupbrown minute rice, (cooked)
  • 1 tspRons magic Dust
  • 1 1/2 lb90% gr beef

    Brown hamburger, celery, onion til meat is no longer pink. Drain, n add garlic. Cook over med heat 2 min more.

    Add the reat of ingredients, n stir

    Bring 2 a boil. N reduce heat to simmer, n cover for q0 min

    Serve up on a plate w sum garlic Toast on the side!
