  1. 2 largegreen bell peppers diced
  2. 1 mediumsweet onion, chopped
  3. 1 tbspminced garlic
  4. 1 canchicken broth
  5. 3 stalkcelery/ sliced
  6. 2 can10 oz diced tomatoes w green chilis
  7. 1 1/2 cupbrown minute rice, (cooked)
  8. 1 tspRons magic Dust
  9. 1 1/2 lb90% gr beef

    Brown hamburger, celery, onion til meat is no longer pink. Drain, n add garlic. Cook over med heat 2 min more.

    Add the reat of ingredients, n stir

    Bring 2 a boil. N reduce heat to simmer, n cover for q0 min

    Serve up on a plate w sum garlic Toast on the side!
