Grind coarsely peas, coriander leaves & green chillies. Add crushed peanuts, garlic paste and all seasonings in it. Mix well.

Make lemon size balls of peas mixture.

Add besan, soda, salt, red chilli powder, oil & water in a mixing bowl. Make thick batter.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Dip peas balls in besan batter. Slide one by one in hot oil. Deep fry these bonda on medium flame until golden brown.

Transfer on kitchen towel.

Serve hot with tomato sauce & tamarind sweet chutney.
