Mix eggs, milk, anise extract and sugar... Then add all dry ingredients. And mix well... Then shape into small balls and bake at 350° For about 10 minutes depending on your oven... All ovens heat differently so you need to watch this... Then mix confectionary sugar and water till it gets a little soupy Then add about a quarter teaspoon to a half teaspoon of anise extract, this is where the cookie gets its flavor from the frosting... Once that is done you take a cold cookie and sink the top part of it into the frosting and put it back on the cooling rack and sprinkles colored sprinkles on it... Then enjoy with tea or coffee
