In a frying pan add two drops of oil and sauté all vegetables for 2 mins. Add salt, black pepper to it.. Now add diced paneer and corn kernels, sauté again for 2 mins..off the flame and let it cool..

Make roti of maida dough,big enough so that the entire cheese slice can be placed over it.. place vegetables on cheese slice.. Now pack it in square shape..

Store every single piece in cheese slice ka wrapper.. Refrigerate for sometime before frying

Heat oil in pan and fry it.. cut it diagonally and serve with Scehwan sauce !!
