Steps

Take SWEET CORN, FRY TILL TENDER.

TRANSFER INTO MIXIE JAR with 4 HOURS SOAKED RICE and add SALT, sufficient WATER to grind smoothly.

HEAT CUMIN SEEDS in a pan and POUR THE BATTER.

Add onion and spring onion, mix up in low flame till water evaporates.

Smooth dough ready, allow it to cool

MIX UP well and knead.

Apply some oil to hand and form lemon sized balls out of it

Grease oil to roti sheets

TAKE A BALL, PRESS WITH ANOTHER SHEET AND press.

Apply oil to heated tava

Transfer the roti

Remove the sheet

Flip over it

Cook for 2 minutes and remove and serve.
