  1. 4 cupChicken broth
  2. 2 tbspShiro Miso (white)
  3. 1 1/2 cupShredded Chicken
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 cupcorn
  6. 1 tbspbutter
  7. 2 cupspinach
  8. 2eggs
  9. 2servings Ramen noodles

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat chicken broth and gently stir in miso until it is mixed in.

  2. 2

    hardboil the eggs

  3. 3

    Add butter to pan, Saute corn until covered

  4. 4

    blanch spinach in salted boiling water until just wilted

  5. 5

    cook ramen accordingly, add to bowls and cover and mix with above ingredients.
