Mix flour and eggs and salt.

Roll dough out and cut out into circles with a coffee cup.

Fill with desired filling, then cover with dough circle, and pinch the edges closed.

Cover the dough as soon as possible.

Boil them until they float to the top.

Saute them with a little butter, salt and pepper. Saute them until lightly golden brown.
